How To Cook Noodles from Scratch in Flat 30 Minutes

You may have cooked noodles at home several times before. However, this noodle recipe is different. Instead of using regular dry noodles in the recipe, we will be using fresh strands of noodles. Step 1 – Gather the Ingredients

  • 2-1/2 cup of All-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon of Salt
  • 2 large eggs
  • Olive oil
  • Water
  • Additional Flour for Dusting

Step 2 – Knead the Dough

Below are the steps you need to follow to make prepare quick and fresh stands of noodles-

  • Take out the noodle making machine and place it on the countertop.
  • Plugs the device and set the kneading compartment as instructed.
  • Place the flour and salt and press the auto mixing button.
  • Once the appliance starts rolling, add the eggs, olive oil and slowly add water to make dough of the desired consistency. Once the dough is ready, use the noodle die to churn out the noodles.

Step 3 – Boil the Noodles

Total boiling time – 3 to 4 minutes

Step 4 – Cut Veggies for the Noodles

As the noodles are simmering, it’s time to chop the vegetables. Here are the list of vegetables you need to cut down in shape of Julian

  • 1 Large Onion
  • 1 Medium Sized Capsicum
  • Half of a small cabbage
  • 1 carrot
  • Fistful of beans
  • 2 Strands of Spring Opinion
  • 1 teaspoon of minced garlic

Total Processing Time – 10 Minutes

Step 4 – Stir Fry Time

Once the Noodle is boiled strain the water and run the noodles under cold water. Simultaneously, heat a wok on high flame. Drizzle some oil in the pan. When the oil is hot enough, add the minced garlic. After that, add the onion and sauté for 1 minute. Thereafter, add all the vegetables and cover the wok with a lid. Make sure you don’t overcook the vegies. The vegetables should be crunchy. After a couple of minutes, add all the sauces as per your taste – Chilli sauce, Tomato Sauce, Soya Sauce, Vinegar and Red Chilli paste. Mix these sauces into the vegetables. Once incorporated, add the freshly boiled noodles and mix it thoroughly.

Note: You may not need to add salt since the sauces are already seasoned with salt and other spices.

Total Preparation Time – 6 to 7 minutes
