Cropping a Business Presentation with the Movavi Video Editor (Review)

If you have a business presentation that you’re slated to talk about soon then you’re going to want to do everything that you can to make sure it’s just right. In particular you will want to be certain that the central element is highlighted properly by the framing of the video – and if it isn’t then the best way to fix it is by cropping your video.

When you crop your video and remove parts from either side you’ll essentially alter the frame. By making the frame smaller, the central element will appear relatively larger in comparison – and you’ll also be able to center it properly (if it wasn’t already centered) so that your viewers are drawn to it immediately.

Knowing how to crop a video with the Movavi Video Editor is actually quite easy. All you need to do is add the video to the software by clicking on ‘Add Media Files’ and selecting it. Once it appears in the ‘Timeline’ you can click it again and select the ‘Tools’ menu and choose ‘Crop’.

As soon as you do that a frame will appear in the ‘Preview’ window. This frame is the new frame that will be used once you crop the video – so just resize it the way you would a normal window until you’re satisfied. Click ‘Apply’ or first check the ‘Constrain proportions’ box if you want to preserve the aspect ratio.

Once you’ve done that – you’re good to go. It might be worth your time to look at some of the other features of the Movavi Video Editor so that you can enhance the quality of your presentation, trim unnecessary footage, insert stylish transitions or special effects, or even add background music. All these small touches will make your business presentation appear that much more polished.

In no small part due to the intuitive nature of the Movavi Video Editor, making sure your business presentation is perfect before the big day should be a piece of cake. All the features that you need to edit and improve your video are right there, and in a matter of minutes you’ll be able to figure out how each feature works and put it to use.

Try it out – it shouldn’t take you long to make your business presentation really look attractive and professional, and your colleagues will probably be fairly impressed.
