Technology and Humanity – A Match Made In Consciousness

"Technology and Humanity - A Match Made In Consciousness"

Technology may, sometimes, feel a little dry, a little nerdy or a little detached, but somehow, for the last ten years, it also reminds us that behind the curtains of our individualities, we are all seeking for a sense of belonging and togetherness. With technology, humanity has expressed its need to reveal its sense of connectedeness without the need for physicality as an evidence for its reality.

The last decade of social media development was never part of the growth of a new marketing science but the growth of the roots of a new spiritual way. Indeed, as the interactive social platforms multiplied in the shortest period of time, they revealed the intense desire for humankind to remember its sense of connection and family, not only through its cultures, backgrounds, beliefs or genders but more so through the heart, the soul and the sense of openness through which it has always truly connected before the history that humankind can recall.

Technology has brought us all closer, whether some of us are still debating on it or not. Like everything in life, it has brought the best and the worst but what it has ultimately revealed is the thirst for human beings to remember that we are one, that we are our own causes and consequences and that we are better together when together means giving a chance for difference to exist not in fear but in completion to one another. This post is a humble reverence to the brilliance of technology and how, with its genius, humanity has been able to vibrate more of its greatness and less of its pathetic sense of separation.

Available platforms to share inspiring contents

The accessibility to a computer and the set up of a digital platform has become so easy that anyone without an agenda can now become a messenger for peace, love and inspiring writing. The beauty about technology is that it has given a space for you and me to become true voices for a peace movement, an inspirational blog or even being possible catalysts for rippling initiatives with a viral effects. Everything has become possible at a touch of a finger and the limits of making dreams come true aren’t outside factors but an inside sense of dedication and will.
There is so much media now with internet and people, and so easy and so cheap to start a newspaper or start a magazine, there’s just millions of voices and people want to be heard. ~Rupert Murdoch
Creative spaces for artists to be seen

The number of websites that have been created to support like-minded communities and reconnect those who consciously belong with each other has exponentially grown through the last 5 years. Technology has facilitated the expansion of the art communities. They have given them a privileged space to exist and express their truth through sharing their content whether visuals or written in the most unique way. They have brought closer those who recognize each others and can easily share their vision, aspirations and ideals. Somehow, the sense of isolation that many artists may have felt through marginalization has found a way to be diffused in offering them a space to express their voices.
Technology, like art, is a soaring exercise of the human imagination. ~Daniel Bell
Innovative technologies to form alliances

The capacity for people to meet and interact, through technology, has eased the potential for team work, alliances and partnerships. Crossing the boundaries between frontiers, beliefs, cultures or even languages, the world has become a smaller place by simply bringing people together.
In this new wave of technology, you cannot do it all yourself, you have to for alliances. ~Carlos Slim Helu
Challenging the limitations of the human mind

One of the prowess of technology is the constant awe that it brings to those who keep seeking to make the impossible possible and prove it. What wasn’t even imaginable years ago is now seen and experienced. Technology is showing humankind that his mind’s creative capacity is way greater than it may have ever thought before. Visionary leaders are emerging in all fields as technologies give them tools, research capacities, expansion, speed and more.
“We’ve gone through the operating system and looked at everything and asked how can we simplify this and make it more powerful at the same time.” ~Steve Jobs
Few circumstances bring Humanity together. The Olympics, last week, prove that somehow, it is possible and throughout the miracle of technology the world witnessed it like it has never witnessed it before. The olympic games have gathered more differences and more uniquenesses in peace, enthusiasm and glory than any worldwide event has ever done before and if technology has ever supported humanity in its quest for togetherness, it has be shown in the greatest way during this XXX Olympic Games. There is always room to move towards peace and technology, supported by wisdom can give us a ride to experience it everyday and offer it even more to the next generation.

 1. Thank you for such a great post! As the wife of a software engineer working on robots that will work alongside humans, and as a writer who has found a community to embrace–and one that embraces me–through various social media platforms, I couldn’t agree with you more.

 2. The Big Data Era should allow humanity to embrace the special connection between technology and humanity. There is still a wide array of information that people should know about within huge sets of data. Thank you for this post.
