The app is published by Pixineers Inc, a company that specializes in cosmetic surgery-related apps. Since it was designed as a viral marketing strategy, it’s free, and the most recent version uses the iPhone 4’s dazzling high-resolution retina display. Pixineers also publishes a number of other similar apps showcasing other plastic surgery practices.
