Intentions and Motivations : The Path to Success

"Path To Success"

While leadership may be more visible when success is seen, leadership begins first and foremost with intentions and motivations. One thought at a time, success walks along the path of a calculated series of thoughts well-executed.

So why are intentions extremely detrimental to success and why motivation is important for the path that leads to auspicious accomplishments?

A thought that crosses your mind and become strong enough to stay there has two reasons to do so :

Either you have a weak character and you can’t chase it away,

or you have a strong one and this thought is entertaining your vision of Greatness.

In the latest, the possibility of greatness exists as a potential and only the power of an intention can give it a chance for a Life. An Intention is the spark that fires the creative process. Give intention to a possibility and you begin to give density to its ethereal form. You enable the thought to be directed towards a specific purpose. The value of intention lies in the anchor it provides to direct the flow of thoughts and actions.

Motivation is the wood that provides constant burning for the fire to remain. Unless, intentions are regularly supported with spirited and nourishing means such as encouragements, incentives or constant reminders of purpose, they take the risk to slowly lose their momentum and even vanish. The value of motivation lies in the consistency of high-and-focused thoughts born to support the intention.

Leadership that diminishes the importance of Intentions and motivations in people management is bound to fail.Intentions and Motivations represent the essential foundation of any vision that wishes to become real. Success is the result of a creative energy that has crossed a possibility and that is provided with a solid path to unfold in the most optimal way.

When intentions are set and motivation is offered then Success is inevitable. ~Aline
