Sunrise Meditation in 9 Simple Steps


There are moments in Life where chaos surrounds us in such a way that all that matters suddenly is to find a space of neutrality.

Here is how I find such a space.

1). Calm your senses
To infuse Love into your heart is to allow calmness into your mind.

SILENCE

2). Breathe into the Light
Allow each breathe you take to come consciously in contact with your heart

INTENTION


 

3). Deepen your Love for Life
Bless the moment with gratitude and humility for Love to flow more easily

FOCUS
4). Envision your greatness
Feel happiness as the only existing space in the now

VISION
5). Bring Happiness in your heart
Direct the flow of happiness within your heart & let it radiate in yourself

DIRECTION
6). Expand Happiness outside of your being
Take this happiness and carry it in all dimensions of your Life: Spiritual, emotional, intellectual & physical

EXPANSION
7). Create a memory of Peace & Happiness
Remain in the Flow of Happiness, capture this sensation and hold it in your 3rd eye (between your eyes)

MEMORY
8). Refocus on your breathing
Continue to relax through your breathing enjoying the feelings of peace brought earlier

PEACE


9). Share this feeling with All That Is
Consciously release this peaceful feeling into the Earth, around the world and into the Universe
